1. Who processes the data

We process data under Law of the Republic of Moldova No. 133/2011 on personal data protection and, for clients in the European Union, under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).

2. What we collect

Only what you send through the forms: name, company, phone or messenger, e-mail, details of your site, plant or asset (district, area, capacity, permit status), comments and attached files.

3. Why

To answer your request, prepare a first configuration or an offer, and correspond about the project. The legal basis is your consent and steps taken at your request before entering into a contract.

4. Who receives the data

A request sent through a form reaches the responsible manager as a Telegram notification. Telegram processes messages on its own servers, including outside the Republic of Moldova. The site is hosted by Timeweb. We do not sell data or share it with third parties for marketing.

5. How long we keep it

As long as needed to answer your request and discuss the project. After that the data is deleted or anonymised, except what the law requires us to keep.

6. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, to restrict or object to processing and to withdraw consent; EU clients also have the right to data portability. Write to office@blackfieldcorp.com. You may complain to Moldova’s National Center for Personal Data Protection or to the supervisory authority of your EU country.

7. Cookies and statistics

The site uses no cookies and collects no visit statistics. The hosting server keeps standard technical logs (IP address, date, requested page) needed for the site’s security and operation. If we add tools that use cookies, they will run only after you consent through a banner with separate categories.

8. Spam protection

Forms are protected by technical checks on our own server, without third-party services and without cookies.
